This is an excellent, accurate, and imperative demonstration of using “aseptic technique” – as used in operating rooms- to disinfect and store food in these unprecedented times. I am absolutely going to follow everything Dr. Wingen said and demonstrated because it is absolutely, take -it-to-the-bank correct.
